The space
The aesthetic of the house is as follows; dark primary colors like silver, grey and black flutter against the immaculate backdrops of white, gold and cream creating an atmosphere of an upmarket yet friendly home. Every fitting is artistically embedded and the lighting is chosen for pleasure as opposed to business. Soft white lights adorn the entire house with the exception of the bedside reading lamps. The villa’s aesthetic is highly flexible and moulds around the context and mood.

This villa overlooks the Mahu dam and accompanying lake while providing an unobstructed view of the range of hills. The flow of the apartment was arranged for togetherness, every room opens and flows into a massive central living room, which can seat 8. The villa is purely vegetarian and located only 1200 metres from the Panchgani market.
